Returns
We have a 14 day returns policy. If within 14 days of purchase you are unsatisfied with your product, send an email to cmpaperco@gmail.com to start the returns process.
Exchanges
If you ordered or received the wrong product, send an email to cmpaperco@gmail.com to start the returns process.
Once the incorrect item is received on our side, it will be inspected and if everything is in order, the correct item will be sent.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but if the above conditions are met, a voucher to the value of the product can be issued.
